I believe a writer must be two things: a reader and a storyteller. Everything else can be learned. The most important personality traits of a writer are the following: patience, persistance, organization, positivity and a sense of humor. I've been fortunate enough to have had mentors who shared with me their knowledge, skills and experience and nurtured my talent. I want to do the same for other writers and pay it forward.
