Another Week

A little time has passed since my world seemed to go in two different directions, or at least emotions, at once. The concerns are still there but I guess I've resolved to the fact that it is what it is and I can only do what I can do. The rest must fall on faith and acceptance.

What I can do is drastically change how I eat. I'm now a week into eating differently -gluten free, cheese free, sugar and fake sugar free, red meat free, nut free.
